Australia: Win ‘Australia Day’ on Blu-ray!

Icon Film Distribution

COMPETITION CLOSED

To celebrate the release of the hard-hitting Aussie drama Australia Day, on DVD, Blu-ray and Digital on January 17, Icon Film Distribution have handed us 5 Blu-ray copies to give away!

Set on a sweltering Australia Day in Brisbane, the film finds the worlds of three young people colliding. Indigenous teen April (Miah Madden), young Chinese woman Lan (Jenny Wu), and Iranian-Australian boy, Sami (Elias Anton), are desperate and on the run.

As each of their stories unfold, a farmer (Bryan Brown), Indigenous policewoman (Shari Sebbens) and homicide detective (Matthew Le Nevez) are also swept into a whirlpool of violence, racism and resentment. This provocative film a offers a fascinating take on national identity and the pulsing dark heart of ‘the lucky country’.

Directed by Red Dog helmer Kriv Stenders, Australia Day will be yours to own from January 17. Scroll down for how you could win!
