The streaming giant that is Netflix continues to expand their array of stand-up comedy.

It’s been a  while since Katt Williams made positive headlines for his comedy; he’s had a few troubled episodes away from the stage in the past few years. Well, it looks like he’s back doing what he does best. Netflix has unviled the trailer for Katt Williams: Great America, which, as the title suggests, finds the comedian tackling the current state of things in the United States of America. Williams is, as expected, suited up in extravagant attire, and the Jacksonville stage has been converted to the White House’s Oval Office.

Mark the date: Katt Williams: Great America will be hitting Netflix on January 16.

Veteran comedian, actor, rapper and social activist Katt Williams takes on a hit list of topics in his debut Netflix Original Stand-up comedy special, Katt Williams: Great America. The polarizing and over-the-top poster figure for hard truth and underground comedy reflects on the current political climate, racial tensions in America, and his disdain of roast beef.
