Netflix has unveiled the big official trailer for Jessica Jones season 2, with Krysten Ritter reprising her role as the alcohol-loving, super-powered, bad-ass NYC P.I.

Jones is digging into her past in the upcoming season of the Marvel series, searching for answers surrounding the accident that killed her parents and the subsequent experiments that left her with heightened abilities. As the trailer shows, Jessica still can’t come to terms with “this super-vigilante shit”, another P.I. firm wants to absorb Alias Investigations, her friend Trish Walker (Rachael Taylor) wants to step into more of a sidekick role, and it appears a certain villain may be back in the picture. Well, the latter has been confirmed, considering Netflix dropped the first image you can see beneath the trailer. Whether Kilgrave (David Tennant) is simply haunting her mind remains to be seen.

Jessica Jones season 2, which will also bring back Carrie-Anne Moss as Jeri Hogarth and Eka Darville as Malcolm Ducasse, as well as introduce new cast members Janet McTeer and J.R. Ramirez, among others, will hit Netflix on March 8.
